Forklift Maintenance Engineer Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at TipTopJob. As a Forklift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on forklift trucks and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis
  • Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area
  • Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
  • Spares placed in van overnight

Requirements:

  • Experience with forklifts, HGVs, and other heavy equipment
  • Engine diagnostics and some basic electrical skills
  • Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
