About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Rewards Professional to lead our Reward Proposition, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends. This role will oversee annual bonus and pay review processes, maintaining fairness, market alignment, and high standards of governance.

As a key member of our HR Division, you will partner with the People Insights & Projects team to conduct reward benchmarking, staying ahead of market developments. You will also engage in horizon scanning for reward and benefits trends, preparing the organization for regulatory and legislative changes.

This role requires expertise in designing and managing executive compensation programs, competitive pay practices, and long-term incentives. Your strong stakeholder management capabilities and upward influencing skills will be crucial in engaging with key players across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee annual bonus and pay review processes, ensuring fairness and market alignment
  • Partner with the People Insights & Projects team to conduct reward benchmarking and stay ahead of market trends
  • Engage in horizon scanning for reward and benefits trends, preparing the organization for regulatory and legislative changes
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, employees, and HR teams
