We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Member to join our team in Oxford, working 24 hours a week with flexibility across weekends and weekdays. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and support the wider sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Maximize sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Support the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to a positive store environment
  • Perform stock-related tasks, including accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail is beneficial, but we also value enthusiasm, drive, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
