FIND Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a skilled Education and Training Coordinator to join our team in the Guildford area. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a key role in delivering high-quality training and support to a caseload of 40 apprentices in the Early Years Education sector.

Job Responsibilities

As an Education and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards.
  • Mentoring and assessing apprentices, providing individualized support to help them achieve their program goals.
  • Collaborating with FS specialists to ensure successful completion of English and Maths training.
  • Hosting remote webinars for apprentices to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Providing tutorial support on topics such as Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A relevant qualification or significant experience in the Early Years & Teaching sector (Essential)
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices (Essential)
  • Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications, demonstrating strong communication and mathematical skills (Essential)
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to customer sites (Essential)
  • An assessor qualification, showcasing your ability to evaluate and improve performance (Desirable)
  • An IV/IQA qualification, highlighting your expertise in quality assurance and improvement (Desirable)
  • Previous experience working in Further Education or a similar environment, with a proven track record of success (Desirable)
