Job Overview

">Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Training: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to staff in care homes across the region.
  • Develop Training Programs: Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments: Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
">Requirements and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Relevant Learning & Development/training qualification (e.g., PTTLS).
  • Training Qualification: Training/teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector (desirable).
  • Instructional Design: Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage complex schedules and travel requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Certifications: Satisfactory DBS/PVG checks.

  • Salary: A competitive salary up to £40,000, based on a £35,000 basic salary and a £5,000 car allowance.
