Job Role: Quality Engineer

We are pleased to announce our partnership with a renowned manufacturing client, offering a wide range of services and impressive client portfolio.

This role reports directly to the Quality Manager, working closely with the operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Data Analysis and Presentation:

  • Report weekly on Quality KPI's for functional programme areas, ensuring clear communication of performance and trends.

Quality Concerns and Investigations:

  • Deal with representatives on quality concerns, including investigations on non-conformance and recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Support to Programme and Engineering Teams:

  • Actively support the programme and engineering teams on NPI programs relative to the QE's customer focus through the PPAP process and all MSA and FMEA activities to ensure final part conformance is adequately monitored and managed.

Quality Management System:

  • Ensure through regular communication and audit that the requirements in the quality management system are communicated and complied with.

Quality Tools:

  • Hands-on experience and expertise using, managing, and promoting the following quality tools: Quality Engineering Skills
  • Interpretation of Engineering Definitions

Requirements:

  • Time Served Engineer or with demonstrated practical experience in Machining (CNC).

  • You must have hands-on experience and expertise using, managing, and promoting the following quality tools: Quality Engineering Skills
