The Role
We are seeking an Care Home Activities Manager to join our team in Tewkesbury. As an Activities Coordinator at one of our care homes, you'll help create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver high-quality care and support for our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Get to know our residents and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement*
* Develop imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability*
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience for our residents*
Requirements
* Warm, empathetic and personable approach to building relationships with residents and staff*
* Excellent organisational skills and driven mindset to get things done and make things happen*
* Infectious enthusiasm and creative approach to inspire residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community*
