Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to businesses and individuals, helping them mitigate risk and avoid prosecution.
  • Work closely with Partners and senior colleagues to promote the growth of the wider business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of the Regulatory team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A Senior Regulatory lawyer, with experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm.
  • Enthusiasm for business development and continued professional development.
  • Salary up to £120,000 and flexible working arrangements.
  • Private medical/dental insurance, life assurance, and death in service.
  • Generous annual leave package (plus bank holidays) and company pension.
  • Fantastic working culture in a highly collaborative environment.
