Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Business Partner to join our Governance team at MSV Housing Group. As a Governance Business Partner, you will provide efficient and effective governance and regulatory compliance services for the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide board member services to the Corporate Governance and legal Group structure.
  • Provide Board and Committee administration services to the corporate governance structure in line with agreed corporate standards adopting a business partnering approach.
  • Respond to internal customer requests for information and support.
  • Support delivery of the Group's legal and regulatory compliance framework.
  • Support the Company Secretary on the application of the delegatory framework, ensuring all contractual commitments are only entered into with the correct authority and provide advice and guidance to colleagues on the process.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships while maintaining independence.

Requirements

  • A good general education to degree level, or with significant experience of technical and specialist governance duties.
  • Competent and quality minute taking experience required.
  • Ability to work sensitively with confidential information.
  • High level communication and IT skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including an ability to interact effectively at all levels in the organisation.
