As a Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager, you will work closely with the technical manager to ensure all site technical requirements are met, interact with the technical and operations teams to drive standards and customer expectations.

You will:

  1. Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the HACCP-based Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor factory cleaning and housekeeping to ensure hygiene standards are met, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  3. Manage daily quality reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Take all reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of all persons working in your control, and implement procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and safety initiatives.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand quality and safety procedures.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a QA Manager in the food manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of HACCP and quality management systems.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
