- You will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants and supporting the nursing team to deliver exceptional care.
- You will develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- You will maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
