We are seeking an experienced Site Lead to join our client, a global food manufacturer, in a key leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Production, Technical, and Engineering departments, ensuring the site operates efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-functional management, with experience in CI and Lean Manufacturing. They will be able to lead from the front, driving continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives. Additionally, they will have a proven track record in people coaching and development, with a focus on devising development plans and reviewing KPIs.
The Site Lead will be responsible for steering Health and Safety, developing site KPIs, and leading the Engineering team. They will work closely with all departments and be visible on the shop floor, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
