About the Job:

Sacco Mann is a leading law firm in South Manchester, seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor - Commercial Disputes to join our Commercial Litigation team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of cases involving possession proceedings and occupation issues, ensuring timely completion and excellent client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Receivers, providing expert guidance on commercial litigation matters.
• Support junior colleagues with injunctions and other complex disputes, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years PQE in Commercial Litigation or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
• Ambitious long-term career goals, with a desire to take on leadership roles within the firm.

Our Benefits:
