Job Title: Systems Analyst

At Monsoon Accessorize, we are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering Island Pacific Buying and Merchandising software and PIM product enrichment software support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Admin/Support of the Island Pacific Buying and Merchandising software
  2. Key contact for B&M users for support and training
  3. Liaising with Merchandising/Buying/Brands teams to resolve issues and review processes
  4. Liaising with wider IT team to support full end-to-end IT success
  5. Checking and investigating any issues with order flow from own web and external sites
  6. Managing the relationship with key external marketplace contacts
  7. Becoming the SME for PIM web channel enrichment, liaising with web trade teams
  8. Supporting Product Owner on key B&M projects and initiatives
  9. Systems testing and UAT testing
  10. Covering IT support teams where needed
Requirements:
  • Highly numerate and excited to work with data, interpreting the numbers and translating them into actionable items
  • Plans and prioritises effectively on a short, medium and long term basis
  • Experience of working in the retail space
