**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Buckland Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our vulnerable service users.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide personal care and support to service users, including washing, dressing, and continence care
* Assist with feeding, hydration, oral care, hair care, nail care, and emotional support
* Encourage service users to participate in activities and community support
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
**Requirements**
* No formal qualifications required, although a Care Certificate or NVQ 2/3 (or equivalent) is beneficial
* A good level of English
* A warm and friendly personality
* A good communicator
* Able to use initiative
* Able to work in a team as well as on your own at times
* Reliable
**What We Offer**
