Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Lift Technician in the Central Belt region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits on lifts and escalators.
  • Attend lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by meeting agreed response times and providing regular updates to the Service Manager.
  • Solve complex problems across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently and as part of the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
