About This Role

We're looking for a Plant Uptime Expert to join our team at Warp Snacks Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Conduct regular analysis to identify root causes of downtime and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
