About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and fast-paced Community Rehabilitation Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert therapy input and leadership to our multidisciplinary team.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation, with a special interest in working with adults with complex health needs. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

As a Senior Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing individual assessments and interventions, and leading on manual handling, pressure care, and equipment needs within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert therapy input and leadership to the multidisciplinary team
  • Manage your own caseload, providing individual assessments and interventions
  • Lead on manual handling, pressure care, and equipment needs within the team
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • HCPC membership
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Extensive post-qualification experience in rehabilitation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
