About the RoleWe're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing hands-on support with daily tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with personal care duties, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting our customers with medication administration, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
- Collaborating with our customers' healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A valid UK driving licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.25, increasing on bank holidays.
- Mileage reimbursement at 20p per mile.
