Compliance Expert Sought for Investment Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and ongoing development of a comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Plan, Operational Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSAs), and Internal Capital and Risk Assessment (ICARA) to ensure the business complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Compliance Monitoring Plans to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide Compliance advice to the Board and assist with the firm's Risk Appetite Statement, Operational Risk, and Liquidity Risk Management programmes
  • Review the adequacy of EDD, CDD, KYC, and KYB processes, as well as the overall AML/CTF framework, and provide ongoing assessment of Financial Crime risks facing the business
  • Manage and develop a team of Compliance professionals to ensure effective delivery of Compliance services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Compliance within the Investment Management arena
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a hands-on manner and be close to the coalface
