- Proactively undertake business development activities to support Partners in growing the business
- Manage complex caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service for clients
We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate with a personable nature, who thinks critically, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for Court of Protection matters. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified lawyer either via traditional SRA route or CILEX
- Ability to effectively supervise and lead small teams to success
- Aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships
- Ability to manage complex caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service for clients
- Demonstratable technical experience gained within Court of Protection and an understanding of the litigation process
