Job Purpose:

To safely carry out technical procedures for overhaul and repair of emergency evacuation equipment, including slides, rafts & cylinder assemblies with the careful use and understanding of written instructions using the CMM component maintenance manuals and any relevant technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of emergency evacuation equipment to identify areas for improvement and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of emergency evacuation equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on emergency evacuation equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in emergency evacuation equipment maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of emergency evacuation equipment.
  • Strong understanding of technical procedures and written instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
