About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing professional support services to our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and alterations to residential properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve maintenance issues and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Travel to various locations, using a company van to visit properties and complete tasks, with occasional overnight stays required.
  • Utilize a handheld tablet/mobile phone to assist with daily tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and practical experience of carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and electrical work, with a basic electrical qualification.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
  • Technical qualification in building, such as City & Guilds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
