Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced midwife to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a Clinical Midwifery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to mothers and babies throughout pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period.

Main Duties
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Midwifery Multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent care for women and their families.
  • Identify deviations from the norm and refer to other appropriate healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Provide midwifery care to mothers and babies under the guidance of other healthcare professionals when necessary.
