Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Critical Care Physiotherapy Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing leadership and guidance to junior physiotherapists.

  • You will have a strong clinical background in critical care and be able to develop and implement evidence-based practice.
  • You will work closely with our medical and nursing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • You will provide regular feedback and coaching to junior physiotherapists to support their development.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A BSc or MSc degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Extensive experience in critical care
  • Experience supervising junior physiotherapists

You will be a natural leader and communicator, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
