We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Sir Robert McAlpine. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of our projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality results while minimizing risk and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial aspects of projects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and variations.
- Conduct cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials to maximize value.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that commercial objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships.
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor role, managing large projects valued at over £100m.
- Large-scale industrial experience is highly desirable.
