We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Local Engagement Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Members and their staff to provide IT coaching, training, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide IT support and guidance to Members' constituency offices in the North West and Yorkshire region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Members and their staff to understand their needs and priorities.
- Act as an advocate for the Digital Service, ensuring that Members' needs are met and that the Service is responsive to their requirements.
- Work independently and proactively to manage workload, escalating issues or decisions as necessary.
- Develop and deliver training and coaching sessions to support the development of IT skills within the region.
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to work in partnership with a wide range of people.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills and ability to deliver training sessions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of change management approaches and ability to implement change in the workplace.
