We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital experience and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with design, engineering, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and feature implementation.
  • Establish metrics and benchmarks, and track performance to those benchmarks.
  • Work with Engineering, UX, and analytics to define, design, and ship quality products.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven B2C digital experience in an agile, e-commerce environment, running successful testing programs and roadmaps to deliver material business results.
  • Background in consumer-facing online and digital media, preferably with an e-commerce component.
  • Ability to apply organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to product development and strategy.
  • Outstanding product instincts and creativity combined with a passion for digital transformation.
