We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Lookers Tonbridge Mercedes-Benz.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission, as well as opportunities for career progression and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer requirements
- Arranging test drives and negotiating final prices
- Completing sales paperwork and ensuring seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition and self-motivation to meet targets
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the motor trade
