Job Title: In Room Dining SupervisorJob Summary

We're seeking a skilled In Room Dining Supervisor to join our team at COWORTH PARK. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement In-Room Dining sales, service, and operational systems to maximize business potential and exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead and motivate the In Room Dining team to achieve business goals, financial budgets, and service standards.
  • Ensure the In-Room Dining menu and environment meet and exceed guest expectations for a 5-star establishment.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest special requests or challenges.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an In Room Dining Supervisor in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you'll comfortably communicate in this language.
