Join Our Real Estate Consulting Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities, helping them to build a strong business case and make informed decisions.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement real estate strategies for healthcare clients, including planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects.
  • Support the development of healthcare estate strategies and author business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-value, independent, and trusted advice to our clients.
Requirements
  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience.
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Financial literacy and commercial understanding.
  • Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives.
  • Programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills.
  • Competent in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutions.
