Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our residential Lettings team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Manager or an established Estate Agent looking to progress and take on a lettings management role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and motivate your team to exceed performance and targets.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in lettings management, branch management, or a senior lettings or sales negotiator role
  • The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving licence
