We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our residential lettings team as a Lettings Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven manager or an established estate agent looking to progress and take on a new challenge.

About the Role

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and motivate your team to exceed performance and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of lettings professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and grow the lettings business.
  • Collaborate with the area manager and team to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
  • Provide training and support to new recruits to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their role.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lettings management, estate agency, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
