About the Role

The Site Manager will play a crucial part in the success of our operations team at the Hafod Quarry and Asphalt Plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate Tarmac personnel and contractors to achieve safe and productive operations.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve site maintenance systems and reduce waste.
  • Ensure high stock levels and optimal use of resources.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £65,000.
