Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead our Front of House team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon.

This is a permanent position requiring full-time hours, with a variable schedule including weekends and bank holidays.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with previous Front of House management experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing rotas, stock budgets, and completing necessary paperwork
  • Ensuring prompt and efficient service of food and beverages
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all areas
  • Accurately handling cash transactions using an EPOS system
  • Identifying and providing training to the Front of House team
