Seasonal Sales Coordinator

Join us at Opera Holland Park as a Seasonal Box Office Manager and take on a dynamic role that combines sales, customer service, and operational management.
This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your organizational skills and attention to detail to drive box office sales and donations.
In collaboration with our experienced team, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the OHP Box Office, coordinating the team, organizing rotas and timesheets while ensuring maximum efficiency.
You will also assist the Head of Ticketing and Customer Insights in overseeing the operation of our ticketing software (Spektrix) and troubleshooting technical issues.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using ticketing software.
A competitive salary of around £38,000 per annum reflects the demands and responsibilities of this role.
