About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Video Production to lead our video production team at ImageNova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality video content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the video production team to deliver exceptional video content that meets client expectations.
  • Develop and implement video production strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their video production needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage video production budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the editing and post-production process to ensure high-quality video content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure ImageNova remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of video production software and equipment.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and video shoots.
