Job Summary:

Austin Dean Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans for children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments in mental health care and best practices

Requirements:

  • Full GMC registration with a license to practice
  • CCT or equivalent
  • Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it
  • Approved Clinician status, or eligibility for it
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
