Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Support Professional to join our team at Proactive Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and performing day-to-day tasks to ensure a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained environment.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in ensuring the Distribution Centre operates efficiently, with a strong focus on equipment maintenance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain service equipment and perform day-to-day tasks to ensure a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained environment.
  • Minimise downtime by resolving issues promptly, particularly during peak activity.
  • Work on various equipment, including automated sorters, conveyors, sensors, and motors.
  • Prioritise and manage machine faults, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop best practices for machine printing, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Support and develop internal applications to streamline processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of automation systems and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas.
