Job Summary: KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a skilled Parcel Sorter to join our client's team in Plymouth.
About the Role: As a Parcel Sorter, you will be responsible for:
- Unloading parcels from a delivery vehicle
- Utilizing handheld scanners to track and manage parcels
- Loading parcels onto conveyor belts for sorting
- Sorting parcels into designated postcode zones
- Loading parcels ready for dispatch
- Assisting with general cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse
- Performing manual lifting tasks as required
Working Conditions: This is a full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a variable schedule that includes:
- 22:00-08:30 (dependent on parcel volume)
- Sunday 05:00-11:00 (every two weeks)
Compensation and Benefits: As a Parcel Sorter, you will receive:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44, rising to £11.81 per hour
