Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in handling complex cases, working closely with both clients and financial planners to deliver exceptional financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with financial planners to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, recommendations, and presentations for clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of financial documentation and client files, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective financial planning solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior paraplanners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paraplanning role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial planning solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and tax planning, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning), with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service, with a focus on building long-term relationships with our clients.
