Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Children's Nurse to join our dynamic Paediatric Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute paediatric nursing and the ability to lead a team of nurses in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Main Responsibilities

* Lead a team of nurses in the Paediatric Emergency Department
* Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
* Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

* Registered Nurse (Child) with Nursing & Midwifery Council
* Mentorship Qualification
* Relevant specialist course or equivalent experience
* Experience of leading shifts in the Emergency or Acute Paediatric Department
