Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Platform Excellence Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a hybrid-location based team who support 7IM platform clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, training, and mentoring to the Platform Service team to enable them to deliver service excellence.
  • Develop business support relationships with clients and their wealth managers.
  • Take responsibility for the accurate administration of client business with 7IM.
  • Work across the business to continuously improve the service offered.
  • Liaise closely with relevant members of the Operations team to ensure full communication and understanding.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced professional with knowledge of the UK platform market, including the regulatory environment, and platform administration, including tax wrappers.

  • Knowledge of Pershing systems and procedures would be beneficial.
  • Experience of retail investments and investment management would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of the advice process and advisory market in the UK.
  • Relevant regulation and policy knowledge.
  • Excellent working knowledge of e-business, especially in applications to Financial Advisers.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have relevant Financial Services qualifications, but this is not essential.

  • Accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in order to maintain the highest levels of service.
  • Written skills, in order to clearly, concisely, and thoroughly present information to clients, wealth managers, regional platform relationship managers, and their teams.
  • Planning and organising skills to maximise the efficiency of operation and service.
  • Flexibility and innovation to handle and support changing (and sometimes conflicting) needs and demands.
  • Resilience in order to manage conflicting priorities and demands.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
