Medical Affairs Manager - HIV Care

Hobson Prior is seeking a highly motivated Medical Affairs Manager to join the Global Medical Affairs team at a well-known pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on person-centric HIV care and treatment. You will support current HIV Daily Oral Treatment strategies and work collaboratively with various teams. This is a 9-month contractor role based in Uxbridge, with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key contributor and knowledge expert for Global HIV Treatment Medical Affairs.
  • Manage projects related to new data analysis and incorporate relevant information into medical content trainings.
  • Participate in global Medical Affairs activities, including conference data management and team meetings.
  • Create, review, and update Medical Affairs slide decks, response documents, and other training materials.
  • Help develop the global Plan of Action and ensure team activities are aligned.
  • Maintain the HIV Sharepoint Page to share information on current and future HIV treatments.
  • Provide support to globalization sub-groups and HIV Medical Affairs Advisory Programs.
  • Collaborate with Medical Scientists, Medical Information, Clinical Research, and Clinical Pharmacology to support medical inquiries.
  • Complete projects, anticipate obstacles, and resolve issues collaboratively.
Requirements:
  • Advanced healthcare degree (MD, DO, NP, PA, PhD, PharmD, or similar).
  • Relevant clinical and scientific experience in HIV.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
  • Commitment to continuing education.
  • Ability to synthesize information and make actionable recommendations.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
