About the Role
This position is part of our Credit Management Department, which handles activities related to the collection of unpaid energy bills (domestic & business) and other companies within the Ecotricity Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, scope, develop, and deliver data solutions to meet stakeholder requests, while seeking opportunities to improve data insight.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation across multiple tables/data sources.
- Manage and manipulate data experience.
- Stakeholder management and facilitation of decisions of all sizes.
- Strong presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis (MS-SQL/Databricks - T-SQL, View and table design, Experience of ETL).
- Strong technical analytical skills as a Data Analyst.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations.
