About the Role

Hain Daniels Group is seeking a Product Development Manager to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our NPD team, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product development strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Manage and motivate student developers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and distribute workload to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Build relationships with external suppliers, customers, and agencies to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Work within the departmental budget to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Food-related degree.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Basic financial acumen.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
