Job Title: Principal Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Designer to join our team at Brandon James. As a Principal Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that health and safety considerations are integrated into project design and planning.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients and their employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years in CDM roles

  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
