Job Title: Principal Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Designer to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of projects and providing expert advice to clients across various sectors.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a CDM Principal Designer to take on a senior position within the company. You will be responsible for leading meetings, providing expert advice, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects and provide expert advice to clients
  • Lead meetings and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Technical IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CDM roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
