Education Support Professional for Primary Schools

Responsibilities and Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering instruction to students, and providing individualized support to those who require it. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment, collaborating with the class teacher to address any behavioral issues, and supporting students with special educational needs.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and a proven ability to work effectively with children aged 5-7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A minimum of two years' experience working in an educational setting is preferred, although we welcome applications from graduates looking to pursue a career in teaching.
