Compassionate Care Practitioner

EPUT is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our North Essex Crisis Response Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning and delivery of individual care provided by the multi-disciplinary team, working independently under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering holistic evidenced-based high-quality care to patients
- Participating in the planning and delivery of individual care
- Working independently under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
As a member of our designated clinical and care team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and competencies, with ongoing development and progression supported to become a registered clinician.
